What a trip! 100 plus Bass a day up and over
the 10 lbs class. Crank baits, spinner baits, worms, swim baits,
senko's, you name em's, the fish ate em' and I caught em'. In
fact, I hooked several Bass with pretty bad attitudes and wasn't
able to get their noses up. Well over the 10 lbs class, huge,
huge Bass.
Expert guides and boat handlers, Five Star
quality food and service for every meal . Very clean, comfortable
and spacious rooms. Even a pro-shop for some of my consumables
and bait that I didn't bring. I've fished a number of world
class destinations and I can tell you that the Trophy Bass Lodge
is and was well beyond my best expectations. Wild Bill Skinner
and his qualified staffers work hard for the anglership insuring
that good solid fish are caught by all his guests. Wild Bill's
boats are new, in xcellent
shape, 19' Carolina Skiffs with new four strokes and are very
fishable, in fact one afternoon we fished four guys from my
boat. I just love it when I'm on good fish.
In short, Trophy Bass Lodge and Wild Bill
are my first and only pick for "World Class" bass
fishing and accommodations. Simply the best of the best
"And that's all
I have to say about that".
